While we understand that technical issues can occur, we are unable to extend earlier registration rates due to individual connectivity challenges or last-minute access attempts. Please note that our registration platform records each instance of attendee access, including timestamps, which we use to ensure consistency and fairness in applying deadlines.
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made on or before Monday, 24 August 2026 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, the Society will not issue cancellation refunds for registration submitted after 11:59 PM ET on Monday, 24 August 2026. Registrants who provide a written notification to the Endocrine Society for the following circumstances, may receive a full refund less a $50 USD processing fee:
o A death in the family
o Personal injury or personal sudden illness
o Acts of God
Cancellations requested for other reasons will be reviewed by the Endocrine Society to determine eligibility for full or partial refunds. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 August 2026, will be reviewed and processed after the Science Summit concludes. All cancellation requests must be submitted by 23 September 2026 and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after 23 September 2026. All cancellations must be received in writing. For cancelations and refunds, please contact

The Endocrine Society reserves the right to charge the correct amount if different from the total payment listed.
